Family Solutions Home Care LLC was founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana,by a mother with firsthand experience caring for a child with disabilities. Motivated by a desire to  improve the lives of families facing similar challenges, she established our company with a genuine mission to provide support where it’s needed most.
