Disability Benefits:

Survivors Benefits: This is the main Social Security benefit for family members of a deceased worker. It automatically focuses on spouses and children, because most survivors are in those categories.
Parents’ Survivors Benefits :This is a subset of survivors benefits, specifically for dependent parents of the deceased worker. Not all parents qualify — they must have relied on the worker for financial support.

Pathways for Aging Waiver (PathWays) – for individuals aged 60 and older who are aged, blind, or disabled and need a nursing facility level of care. PathWays July 2025 Version
Health & Wellness Waiver (H&W Waiver) – for individuals aged 59 and younger who are aged, blind, or disabled and need a nursing facility level of care H&W July 2025 Version
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver – for individuals with a documented traumatic brain injury. TBI July 2025 Version
Community Integration & Habilitation (CIH) Waiver – for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities requiring high levels of support. CIH July 2025 Version
Family Supports Waiver (FSW) – for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who need ongoing services but not 24/7 care. FSW July 2025 Version
