Beginning in 2025, BDS will continue hosting monthly provider and case manager webinars to share important updates, policy guidance, and resources.
All BDS-approved providers and Case Management Organizations are strongly encouraged to attend. These sessions provide valuable information directly from BDS leadership and are an opportunity to stay informed on changes impacting services.

Indiana ABA Therapy Working Group
The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Working Group, created under Executive Order 25-31, is inviting families, providers, and community members to provide feedback.
These sessions are a chance to share your experiences with ABA therapy in Indiana, voice concerns, and help shape future recommendations on cost containment strategies. Your feedback will directly inform how ABA services are evaluated and potentially improved.

Whether it’s adding coverage for essential services, revising outdated policies, or removing unnecessary regulations, your input can directly influence how care is delivered and accessed. Learn how to submit an Indiana Policy Consideration Request to the IHCP or propose a federal deregulation to roll back rules that no longer make sense. Some HCBS settings—such as group homes or day programs near institutions—must be reviewed to determine if they meet federal standards for community integration. The public may review each setting’s assessment and submit comments before a final decision is made.
