Maximum Of $200 Per Net Wish
Provides short-term financial assistance to individuals and families in temporary crisis who, because they are working and live just above the poverty level, are ineligible for most types of conventional social assistance but who (like many of us) are living one or two lost paychecks away from the kind of financial catastrophe that eventually leads to homelessness

Dollar For is a nonprofit organization that helps patients access hospital financial assistance programs that can reduce or forgive medical bills based on income. Their team guides patients through the application process, submits necessary forms, tracks cases, and follows up with hospitals to ensure approvals—all free of charge.
Provides support in the form of food/gas cards and money for hotel and medical expenses directly related to undergoing medical treatment of an individual.
Eligibility requires primary commercial insurance coverage. This health-related grant is designed to assist families facing significant financial burdens due to medical expenses.
Provides grants up to $500 per year to families of children (18 & under) with complex or special healthcare needs. Funds can cover medical costs, non-medical costs (home/vehicle modifications, supplies), healthcare travel, daily living costs, palliative/end-of-life expenses, and more. Requires a healthcare sponsor for verification.
Provides grants for medicine, surgeries, travel, and equipment; wellness screenings to elementary school students; social-emotional support and education initiatives to middle school students; health education to high school students; and much more.
When health insurance is not enough, this foundation fills the gap by assisting with copays, premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses for essential treatments and medications.
Short-term emergency financial assistance for individuals facing critical needs such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other life-changing events. Applications can be submitted for yourself or to nominate someone in need.
Help families with children who are currently living with a life-threatening medical condition. Grants are awarded based on need. If a family has outstanding medical bills that insurance will not cover, this Foundation can possibly help out a family in need until the annual funds have been exhausted.
Provides small grants ($100–$500) to US patients facing serious illness or injury to help cover living and medical-related expenses, including rent, utilities, food, transportation, and medicine. Applications are accepted online only.
An independent non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to patients with chronic diseases. Assistance is available for prescribed medications and other treatments for a variety of covered diagnoses. To qualify, patients must have insurance, meet income guidelines (at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level), and have a diagnosed condition with an active program.
Provides direct grants to help individuals and families in the flooring industry recover from catastrophic injuries, severe disabilities, or life-altering medical crises. Applicants (or immediate family members living in the same household) must have worked in the floor covering industry for at least five years, either currently or within the past five years, unless leaving due to retirement, illness, injury, or disability.
Offers funding for music therapy sessions and instruments to individuals with Autism and other learning differences fostering self-expression, growth and confidence.
Equipment, product, or service
Provides weekly grants to Veterans, first responders, military families, and individuals with rare medical conditions. Grants help cover medical treatments, equipment, mobility aids, therapy, service dogs, and other life-changing needs not fully covered by insurance.
Help includes but are not limited to rehabilitative therapy, My Gym classes, assistive devices, medical equipment, and sensory items up to $500.
Helps with future therapies, materials and/or workshops
Helps children and young adults with speech disorders to effectively communicate through technology and speech therapy
Gift Requests should be for a device, equipment, technology or other that is intended to increase the quality of life for the child, including safety and/or medical necessity.
The applicant must be referred by a professional for mobility equipment, prosthetics, glasses, dentures, hearing aids, and other necessary items on behalf of their patients or clients.
specializes in assisting all ages of people with disabilities who do not have the financial means or insurance coverage to obtain the necessary equipment through traditional means.

The Copay Patient Relief Fund provides financial assistance to eligible patients to help cover out-of-pocket costs for prescription medications, including co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance. The program is designed to reduce the financial burden of treatment for individuals managing serious or chronic health conditions.
Teva provides patient support programs for select specialty medications, helping patients with insurance coverage, co-pays, and access to treatment.
AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program that helps eligible U.S. patients access their AstraZeneca medications at no cost or reduced cost.
Boehringer Cares is a nonprofit initiative that provides Boehringer Ingelheim medicines at no cost to eligible U.S. patients. The program prioritizes individuals with the greatest financial need, including seniors and families with limited incomes, helping them access necessary treatments.
The Bristol Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation (BMSPAF) is an independent charitable organization that provides certain Bristol Myers Squibb medicines to eligible patients free of charge.
Offers free medicine to patients who are uninsured, on Medicare, or underinsured and unable to afford their prescriptions. The program covers a specific list of AbbVie medicines for various chronic diseases.
The Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation is a charitable organization that helps eligible patients get their Bayer prescription medicine at no cost.
Offers programs and resources to help patients access Eisai medications and navigate treatment.
Provides support to eligible U.S. patients prescribed Genentech medications who need help with treatment costs. Assistance may include co-pay support, free medication for those without insurance, and guidance navigating insurance coverage.
This program helps eligible patients with out-of-pocket costs for certain GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) prescription medications.

The Keimryn Strong Foundation offers an annual college or vocational school scholarship in honor of Keimryn’s dedication to academics, supporting childhood cancer survivors and their siblings. The program is open to siblings of individuals who are currently in treatment, have survived, or have passed away from childhood cancer.

They currently manage nearly 100 disease programs.

Running prosthetics are often considered “not medically necessary” by health insurance and are typically not covered. Amputee Blade Runners provides opportunities to receive a prosthetic running leg.
Limbs for Life provides financial assistance for prosthetic limbs through local professional partners to qualified applicants at no cost to the amputee. The foundation helps bridge the gap between low-income individuals and clinics providing prosthetic care, including fittings, adjustments, and related services.
Support may be available for various needs, including diagnosis and evaluation, medication, therapies, and related medical expenses. Assistance can also cover therapy sessions, educational or recreational opportunities such as camps or tutoring, and expenses for medical equipment or assistive technology. Funding may be provided for technology purchases, speech camps, and materials related to speech therapy, including assistive devices and iPad software. The Association of Blind Citizens operates the Assistive Technology Fund. The Assistive Technology Fund (ATF) will provide funds to cover 50% of the retail price of adaptive devices or software.
Provides free white canes to blind individuals in the U.S. and its territories to help them travel independently and safely. Individuals can request a new straight fiberglass cane every six months through an online application.
The National Federation of the Blind provides a free slate and stylus to blind individuals in the U.S. and its territories. This portable tool allows people who are blind or low vision to write Braille for school, work, and personal use. Applicants can request a new set once per year through an online or mail-in application.
Provides expertly-trained guide dogs and mobility training free of charge to military veterans, legally blind individuals, and students. The organization is a non-profit that is 100% donor-funded and is accredited by Assistance Dogs International.
A national program that provides free equipment and training to individuals with both significant vision and hearing loss. The program helps people stay connected with friends, family, and their community. In Indiana, the program is administered through Easter Seals Crossroads.
