Staying involved in Medicaid and disability policy means knowing when to speak up. Many public comment notices are posted directly on the websites of state agencies.

  The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services posts draft policies, grant applications, waiver renewal webinars, and other documents for public feedback.

• Current HCBS Program Sites Open for Public Comment
  Some HCBS settings—such as group homes or day programs near institutions—must be reviewed to determine if they meet federal standards for community integration. The public may review each setting’s assessment and submit comments before a final decision is made.

  This page lists all pending Medicaid and CHIP State Plan Amendments in Indiana, including summaries and updates that may be open for public comment.
